Indwell Studio
a LEADERSHIP, CREATIVE, AND RESTORATION STUDIO
Grounding the nervous system for Asian American leaders, Creatives, teams, and intentional spaces.
In high‑stakes environments, sustained clarity requires more than cognitive strategy—it requires physiological capacity and culturally attuned support. Indwell Studio, the sister venture to Oak and Stone Therapy, is co‑founded by Asian American therapist Hatty J. Lee, LMFT, and Executive/Creative Performance Coach and Certified Brainspotter Reejae Yu, ICEEF. Designed with the lived experiences of Asian American executives, founders, leaders, and creatives in mind, Indwell moves beyond standard business consulting. We integrate subcortical nervous system regulation, Brainspotting Expansion, and modern tactile design to help leaders navigate cultural expectations, high‑growth environments, and burnout. Our work strengthens emotional clarity, creative capacity, and relational resilience to support modern leaders, the communities they influence, and the spaces they shape in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, New York, and beyond.
Most executive coaching focuses on mindset—better time management, clearer goals, and productivity systems. Those tools matter, but they only work when a leader’s internal state can support them. When stress is chronic, the real bottleneck isn’t strategy. It’s the nervous system.

The Indwell Approach
Our coaching approach integrates Restoration Therapy-informed principles with Resource Brainspotting, giving leaders a simple, practical way to understand what’s happening inside them and how to shift it.
-
Restoration Therapy-Informed Coaching helps you quickly identify:
the core emotional patterns that get triggered under pressure
the beliefs that drive over-functioning, perfectionism, or self‑doubt
the protective behaviors that drain energy and limit leadership capacity
Instead of trying to “think your way out” of stress, you learn how to recognize these patterns in real time and choose responses that align with your values, not your stress cycle.
-
Resource Brainspotting adds a somatic layer that helps your body settle. It uses your visual field to access calm, grounded states so your nervous system can down‑shift out of fight‑or‑flight. This clears the internal tension that makes leadership feel heavy, reactive, or overwhelming.
Together, these approaches help you:
regulate your nervous system
interrupt stress-driven leadership habits
access clarity and creativity more consistently
lead from grounded capacity instead of willpower
This is coaching that strengthens both your inner stability and your outer leadership, so you can perform at a high level without burning out.
